Error - you are not connecting from an UC Davis network

You need to be using a wired connection on campus, Eduroam, or the campus VPN. Please make sure you are connected to one of those networks.

If you think you are connected to Eduroam and it is not working there are a few things to check:

  • On iPhones make sure iCloud Private Relay is off. See this page for info. You can follow the instructions labeled "Turn iCloud Private Relay on or off for a Wi-Fi network" to turn it off for only Eduroam.
  • Make sure you are not using a different VPN

Once you have resovled the issue go back to the Wireless Printing website to try again. If you cannot get wireless printing to work please send feedback and we will try to help.

If you do not feel comfortable changing your VPN settings, you can always print from one of our computer rooms.
